Preparation & Delivery

All our products are prepared by hand and handed to the courier within 15 days.

Shipping is free for orders of 2,500 TRY or more. A flat shipping fee of 169 TRY applies below this threshold.

Shipping Damage

If your product is damaged in transit, please contact us at info@klede.com.tr with photographs after delivery. We will review the case and provide a resolution as soon as possible.

Returns & Exchanges
